why mandatory, you ask? simple. in order for our league to communicate with its members, coaches are given the opportunity to sit with league officials on a monthly basis to discuss issues that are important to league operation, as well as league success. topics covered at coaches meetings are topics that are discussed throughout the league by players, coaches, and officials. because our league is as big as it is, it is impossible for league officials to communicate directly and individually with every member. outcomes of coaches meetings can be relayed to the players by you, the coach.
